Depending on where you live, craigslist usually has a fair amount of people offloading the pens. Around here they usually ask $100 for the 5/pk.

I’ll second what Brochacho_Prime said. I looked forever for an online source with no luck before going the CL route. Ended up finding a source in a week on CL for the pens…$100 for a new 5 pack.
