How to use Aromatase with Test E only cycle

Hey guys,

After some guidance and research I've decided to try a low dose Test E only cycle. My cycle is:

• Weeks 1-12: 200 mg twice weekly (400 mg per week)
• Weeks 14-18: Nolvadx at 40/ 40/ 20/ 20

Another member also advised I should have aromasin or arimidex on hand. I know it's highly individualized, but what should be the sign or trigger for me to start taking aromatase? What would be a good dose and frequency? Thank you

Thanks so much! So when should I stop taking aromasin? The same time the cycle ends?

Once you stop pinning your test, you can cut the dose in half the following week then stop it as you begin PCT
