How to recover while running long distance

So I’ve been training for a half marathon, running about 10 miles a day and even with eating back all the calories and on gear, I can’t seem to recover. My legs are perpetually sore and I feel tired every morning. Leg days are grinders and I do a heavy weight and a low weight/higher volume day to recover each week. Any advice on how to recover better? Maybe those of you with physically intensive jobs or athletes?

@Jy10871

I used run marathons and short 5-10 races for like awareness and stuff (competition with my friends) and I don’t do much cardio but what I did for the runs that definitely helped were:

-Taurine (double the dose of the serving size of the back of the bottle, can’t remember the dose amount but shot for 2x) On day of run
  • Cardarine (gw501516) 2 weeks before run day, 40mg ED and on run day
-An ECA stack day of the run

-glucose shots on run day

and that was it, I can say for someone who hates running it defiantly felt easy af, I was in pain & breathing moderately hard but I felt I could keep going

^ that’s what I would do for my race days, I would try Implementing maybe taurine, glucose, aspirin (maybe cardarine idk up to you) on the days you run to the run won’t be as brutal on your body and you can recover better the next day

this is bro science, Ive just done this in the past 7-8 times and it felt like the next day I was in better shape than my friends I ran with.
