You have an extremely cool if not a little risky of a Doctor TBH. I cruise 250mg/week and I know I’m way on the high end. Had no idea any physician would put you anywhere near that. Max I heard was 200mg and that’s somewhat seen as reckless.thallandchill" pid='72993' dateline='1571963305:
thanks for the reply. My TRT doc has me at 250mg a week, so I didnt want to go any lower then that, and was even thinking about increasing it a little. Diet is in check, and I also do cardio 4-5 times a week, sometimes more. I take CoQ10, Garlic, Fish oil, NAC, and Vit C to try and stay as healthy as possible.I cruise at 250mg - 300mg a week. Been doing it for a couple of years now after deciding to stop cruising at lower dosages. No negatives to speak of at the moment. I get bloodwork done regularly and had an echo done on my heart in addition to some other tests about eight months ago, everything looked good.
I make sure I eat decently clean and stay hydrated. Cardio 3-4x’s a week in addition to heavy weight training.
