How do you guys manage prostate growth

Serious question. I’m on a cycle of 700 test 350 mast and 75 var. I’m pretty sure my prostate is getting larger, it feels kinda swollen. I bought some beta sitosterol to see if it’ll help. Anyone else have prostate growth issues?

Are you having trouble urinating? That’s the classic sign of an enlarged prostate.
Yeah it feels gotta push a lil bit to get all my piss out. Plus it’s hard for me to hold it like when I gotta go I can barely hold it.

I have battled prostrate issues for a long time with and without AAS.
Feeling like you cannot empty the bladder is the classic symptom. Having a hard time holding it is not. That is more (for me) a BP and water retention issue. Flomax .4mg ED helps and if I go a day without meds it is painful and hard to urinate.

Honestly, I’d just avoid compounds that give you prostate growth. Prostate Cancer is very much a deadly disease. There are many different AAS and PEDs you can use to gain muscle mass that will not make your prostate grow. Avoid those that give you issues.

Using yet another drug to mitigate effects of a drug is not the best answer, especially if you are just using said drug for aesthetics.

BPH is not linked to prostate cancer. Enlarged prostate is simply a symptom or marker of possible prostate cancer. The only way to confirm actual prostate cancer is with a blood test. Meds like flomax reduce the symptoms of BPH.
For men who have BPH , lots of things can cause the symptom of BPH. One of the absolute worst for me is pseudoephedrine. Locks me up so tight I feel like I need a catheter to eliminate my bladder.

AAS may cause acclerated growth of the cancer cells IF (and its a big if)
The user is predisposed to prostate cancer. The takeaway is that although some AAS do cause an enlargement (BPH) this alone does not mean the user is more at risk for actual cancer.

High Estrogen side affect more than likely. Cialis 5-10mg a day will help along with an AI. If you can, find out your E2 level. Hope your not high body fat running 700 a week of test.

Hey man, thanks for the heads up. In my rather simple approach to prostate problems (= any growth = bad = avoid at all cost), I just threw it all under one label and wrote it off. But medicine and human biology never is so simple, heh.

Glad to hear that BPH is not related to cancer of the prostate, maybe now I can revisit injectable DHTs again, and not have to worry about them giving me prostate cancer, just some mild side effects that can be handled with some meds.
