I applied for wallet verification on the 25th and I’m still not verified. I emailed their support on the 26th and they told me that it would take up to 72 hours for me to get verified. After waiting for 3 days and not getting verified, I DMed them on Twitter and their support marked my verification case so mine would be prioritized. A day later on the 29th I still wasn’t verified so I sent another email and got a reply the next day and they told me they were aware of the issue with the verification process and their engineering team was, “working diligently” to resolve it. They told me I could get manually verified by sending a selfie and a front and back pic of my license, which I had already did in the app twice, the first time being when I first set up my account and the second when I tried to get verified. I sent them the things they asked for yesterday and still haven’t gotten a reply back or been verified.

It took 2 days to get verified on Cash App after I e-mailed support and inquired about it. I also linked a debit card to my Cash App and Coinbase accounts to avoid delays.

I don’t remember the exact day. I think I e-mailed on a Sunday and got an e-mail on Tuesday asking for a copy of my driver’s license, and then it was verified. This was maybe 3 weeks ago.

In case people don’t know, use the pro interface from coinbase (it was gdax before). You can buy with no fees there.
