nly on 450-500 mg test. Two weeks into my cycle pinning eod to control estro. Diet has been 85% clean, up 10 pounds in the last week and my surplus has def not been that significant and I don’t look any fatter then I did before. However my BP is up to 150/90 and it was like 115/65-70 when natty. If I stop my cycle two weeks in am I still gonna produce test naturally or nah. Or is it just an estro problem I should look into.

I'm dealing with the same problem. BP was about 140/80 from just test, went up to 150-160 when I added in Dbol yesterday. I've been on for almost 8 weeks now, and It's only recently that it got high enough to notice.

You could try lowering your E2 levels with an AI. That's what I'm currently attempting. Two weeks in seems a bit early to need one but it's worth a shot since your natural test is likely already suppressed. Just start with a really low dose and go from there.

Also, are you measuring at home or at the docs? A lot of people run high only at the doctor's office.

Your blood pressure readings is situational. It will react to prepare based on all sorts of scenarios from your surroundings. You're taking a snap shot of something that fluctuates up and down all day long. Check your blood pressure first thing in the morning, have your machine beside your bed. Take those readings for 7 to 10 days and take the average. What is that number? All those other readings are for the most part meaningless. Then even when you get that number from your morning readings and it's high, then you need to define high based on several factors to determine if it's a problem and how big of a problem.

Hi, Tommy. It's not uncommon to get high BP whilst on cycle. My suggestion to you is to download health tap app. You can talk to a doctor for less than 100 dollars. Tell them your BP. Ask for lisinopril. Lisinopril is an Ace inhibitor . It works right away. Take 0.5mg daily and monitor your BP. lisinopril dilates the blood vessels so blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently. Use this to control your BP AS NEEDED. This means only take the medication until your BP returns to normal. Then continue to monitor it. The beauty is you won't need this medication once you end your cycle. I went through health tap and received a 90 day supply. I've had that same bottle for a year and keep it in my supply box with my gear for situations such as this. And it's very inexpensive if you don't have health insurance. So for about 100 bucks or less I was able to see an online Dr as well as fill my medication without insurance. Hope this information helps you.

On top of what others said, get a sleep study done. Sleep Apnea caused my BP to raise significantly and slowly went down as soon as I started using a CPAP. Also proper hydration helps too! I take 80mg Telmisartan daily both on and off cycle and it’s definitely kept my BP under control. Tons of other benefits as well.
