I’m trying to learn about hgh. Let me know if I have this wrong as far as hgh goes but generally someone should start low and then increase the dose. Start at 2iu’sand then bump up a little after a couple weeks until you get to the dose you want? Don’t take more than 3iu’s in a single shot so more would require splitting the dose. You could say take one shot early morning and the other in the afternoon.

You don’t necessarily have to start as low as 2iu IMO. Starting at 4-6iu maybe even 8iu I’d okay. I did 6iu last cycle. 3iu am w meal and 3iu before bed.

@Gbunk It’s not for the insulin resistance. Try to mitigate insulin resistance in any scenario, maintain a decent cardio regimen. HGH and insulin work together synergistically.

@HeftyLefty if it’s legit pharma grade - real deal ? That dose is way too high to start on. If it’s generic? Prob high, but then again, it’s not the same as real GH.

@webbs I’ve heard shit like this. But IMO Hgh is Hgh, get it tested, if it comes back dosed correctly, then 10iu is 10iu. I advised starting at 4iu or maybe a tad higher if you’d like. (Even said 2iu was fine) That’s not to high of a dose.

Just started HGH and I’m doing 2IU in the morning and 2IU in the afternoon after my workout. Just read stuff and seems that’s not a bad idea. I usually eat within 20’min of the first shot. Afternoon one is taken and I’m having a protein shake at around the same time.
