My sleep quality has definitely improved the past 3-4 months I've been on GH continuously. Once I'm out for the night, I'm OUT. I love the stuff. As long it's as affordable as it is now, I can see myself becoming a lifer. I just feel better all around.
I am about to get into the weeds with this one, but have you ever heard of Epitalon therapy? I'm halfway done with my cycle, and I've never done any one non-addictive therapy that has improved my sleep depth in such a short amount of time. it's crazy. I'm waking up refreshed and that never ever happens with me. I highly recommend. You do it twice a year spaced 6 months apart for 10 days. It works to reset the circadian rhythm and melatonin release to get it back in order. The study I'm posting involves rats, but it's being replicated in monkeys and humans as well. I'm just posting this one to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. It's pretty awesome, brother. I'm a skeptic with stuff like this, but I think I'm sold on Epitalon. It's supposed to help you live longer too by increasing telomere length....which way over my head.
