So I’m getting ready to take the plunge and splurge on some Meditrope. My plan is to run 8 IU ED for about 6 months while blasting on Trest for a big bulk. I have a couple of “stupid questions” before I begin, so I figured this was the best place to ask them!
One of the things I’m having trouble deciding is how I want to split my 8 IU dose up. It seems like everyone and their dog has differing opinions on this. I’ve heard some people say they pin their whole dose in the morning upon waking up, while others do half-and-half, with the first half being upon waking and the second dose being either pre-workout, post-workout, or before bed. Then I’ve heard of others who take their whole dose before bed.
I like the idea of pinning half my dose upon waking up – it’s convenient and beneficial for the fat-burning qualities of HGH. I don’t really like the idea of pinning HGH before bed because HGH already surges during sleep, so it makes more sense to me to pin it at another time in the day when HGH production is lower. That leaves me with pre-workout or post-workout. I lift in the evening, around 6 PM, after work. My theory is that it would be better to pin the second half of my dose pre-workout, right when I get off work, because it leaves more time for the HGH to peak before I go to sleep, and it puts the HGH peak more in line with when I’m doing my lifting and beginning my recovery from lifting. I feel like if I pin the second half of the dose post-workout (at around 8 PM), I’ll hit my peak right around the time I’m going to bed, and that won’t be as effective. So, I guess my question is: does my reasoning sound logical? 4 IU in the AM upon waking, and another 4 IU maybe 30-45 minutes pre-workout? I realize that the most important thing is getting the HGH in the blood and raising those IGF-1 levels, so dose-splitting timing is not majorly important, but I still like to do things in the most logical way that I can, so it’s worth considering, in my opinion.
My second question is: how critical is it to refrigerate your HGH kits in their POWDERED form (i.e., before reconstitution)? I recall reading somewhere that there are only certain pharma brands of HGH like Serostim that are technically acceptable to keep at room temperature in their powdered form, but I mean, these Meditrope kits are in all likelihood not kept refrigerated by sources in bulk, and they get sent through international and domestic mail systems where they are not refrigerated, as well. Do guys really keep 10-20 kits worth of powdered HGH in their fridges before reconstitution, or do they leave them at room temp and only refrigerate them once they are mixed with the bacteriostatic water? It seems like you’d need a dedicated HGH fridge just to keep these hundreds of vials of powder cold and still have enough room to store your food…
Thanks in advance for the feedback and advice, guys!
