HGH questions - help is appreciated

Hello Fam

I had a few questions regarding HGH.
I just started last week at 2iu twice daily x 7 days a week.
2iu in the morning and fast for 30min
2iu in evening before bed

Goal is some muscle growth benefits but long term = longevity, skin, sleep, mood, etc

I’ve been doing some research and have some questions.
1. Taking 4iu a day, will that cause me to stop making my own GH if I stop?
2. is it better to take in 2 dose or just 1 dose before bed (I read at night is best and also read better to break it up)
3. Dosing: I just started right at 4iu a day as my friend who does it gave me that advice but reading now it sounds like it’s better to ramp it up over time?
4. Is eating 30min after taking it ok or will that affect the absorption?
5. Is it better to do 5 on and 2 off? I read both ways are doable but if I wanted my body to rebound maybe it’s better 5/2?

2. Individual. You'll have to try both and see. Some people it keeps them awake at night or causes carpal tunnel in large doses before bed.
3. It is better to start at 2iu and ramp up. 2iu is basically a replacement dose. You only ramp up to test side effects. Swelling and carpal tunnel can be too intense for some people but it gets better over time so ramping up helps.
4. It's fine. Just check your blood sugar to make sure it's not too high for too long after the meal. If it is you'll want to wait longer to eat bc the GH could be causing some insulin resistance.
5. Up to you as well. Some people do 5/2. Some do every other day. Some people run it straight for half a year and then take a few months off. Some people never come off

For #3 I already started 4iu a day (generic not pharmacy so it’s not as potent 98% or something - biogenix) it’s day 5 and no sides yet. Should I drop to 2iu or keep on unless sides?

Other question:
If I take 4iu for 6 months and the decide I just want to do 2iu a day is it an issue to just drop down?

If I don’t come off for a couple years will it be an issue to regulate back or should be fine?

Good tips. My blood glucose started to creep up when I was at 6 IU GH/d (always divided dose).

Lower carbs, drugs (empagliflozin and dihydroberberine), and more cardio helps keep my blood glucose in range (on this amount of GH).

If no sides starting at 4 IU/d by day 5, you're out of the danger zone.

It's either fake GH or you are impervious to CTS.

is dihydroberberine the same as regular berbirine. whats the best form of berbirine to take while on hgh my fasted bg is slightly elevated at 90-100 sometimes in the morning TIA

Dihydroberberine is something ~2-3x more bioavailable than regular berberine. So it's like 200 mg dihydroberberine or 600 mg berberine.

You're good at BG monitoring so I think you'll figure it out pretty soon.
