HGH Lethargy

I’m relatively new to using HGH. I tried it about a year ago at only 2iu a day. I didn’t experience much besides a little water retention and decided to not continue it. After reading up more on it recently, ordered it off a source here, and am doing 6iu/day split into two doses. I am getting much more lethargic at certain points in the day. Also holding more water which is expected. (I’ve been using it for almost 2 weeks now)
Is the lethargy normal? If so, is there a way to avoid it?

That’s normal for hgh. It’ll improve over time though, just stick it through.

Weird. I’ve been prescribed 2iu for my first 6-12 months. One of the benefits I was told was less water retention and less likely to feel lethargic, amongst other sides. I start my protocol tomorrow.

How long did you run 2iu for before giving up?

I’ve been told depending on how accepting my body (for lack of more technical terms) is to administered HGH, I can feel it’s effects as soon as 14 days or up to 3 months.

I was talked into sticking to 2iu long term to reap the benefits, slowly but surely without worries of negative side effects. Apparently running more than 4iu isn’t necessary and for someone starting HGH they should be acquainted with 2iu for the first year.

I wanted to get on 4iu but doc refused my request. /shrug

What can you do?

Well when I say “I gave up” I mean I just didn’t feel the benefits were worth the effort and price to me at the time. I was on 2iu for about a month. My progress didn’t really speed up and my joints never hurt to begin with so I saw no need to continue it.

Now, on the other hand, I’m much stronger and I do get nagging joint pains and also sleep issues depending on what I’m running. So the HGH is worth it to me now. Also, I’m noticing my strength and size going up faster than normal.

Ah I see.

Glad it’s working out for you!

Hoping I will feel/see something significant.
