Been reading that you should do it fasted, right before bed, no injection right after a meal, all this different Information. Does it even matter?
My protocol is currently 2iu fasted, wait 30-45 mins (fasted cardio) for my first meal, and then 2iu before bed after I eat my last meal. What’s the best protocol for hgh or does it not matter in the grand scheme of things?
