I'm old, 46, running TRT+ mixed with higher cycles. A lot of guys say HGH shines for us old guys. I'm interested.
I'm still unclear about optimum protocol, and also the mechanism of benefit from HGH. A lot of guys reference their IGF1 as a metric for gauging the effectiveness of their HGH quality and protocol. There's more to it than that right? My IGF1 Is already really decent (300+ always). So it makes me wonder if I should even fuck with HGH.
Are there any awesome resources I should read up on?
