Dosing depends on a few different factors.
Goals n previous experience being the biggest deciding factors.
Goals
1-2iu anti-aging
2-4iu fat loss
5+iu muscle building
Experience
If this is ur 1st run on GH I recommend starting low…even if ur goals r to build muscle. U don’t want to jump right out the gate blasting 5+iu. Once the sides kick in they’ll hit u like a Mac truck. Start at like 2iu n slowly work ur way up to desired dose, over a few months. I always try to remind guys when it comes to GH it’s a marathon not a sprint to the finish.
Also have to take into account the purity of the GH. If u get some cheap generics chances r it’s not the most pure. So instead of ur dose being for example 4iu it’s actually closer to 2-3iu. As always u have to - Trust the source.
