I take my GH currently about 1 hour before my fasted workout in the morning about 1hr of lifting and 30-45mins of cardio. I don’t eat but do intra carbs while lifting for energy and pump.

Any thoughts, tips and concerns welcomed

currently on:
250mg test per week
2iu pharma prescribed growth per day

What are your goals?
Similar to you , I take my gh around 420-430am and am at the gym 30-40 minutes later. Fasted all the way thru, just drink electrolytes and eaa/bcaa during my lift cardio , weight is consistently in the high 230's low 240s but leaner almost daily .

Legit question…. Why are you guys doing fasted workouts? You do realize that almost every study out shows they don’t burn anymore calories than non fasted. You’re body equalizes the calorie burn and slows it down later in the day. Idk if that’s your reasoning why. Just saying… if so… may reconsider.

Some people just like an empty stomach with cardio and that’s fair. But with lifting, I would think you’re leaving gains on the table with a lack of energy. But everyone is different.

Me personally, I need the fuel. I like to have simple carb and insulin boost before. I see big differences in my power and stamina. Plus the pump.

because I don't like eating first thing when I wake up, my strength and workouts don't suffer and my goals are still be achieved. It works for me so that's why I do it, can't speak for OP. And yes I could choose to work out at another time but I prefer those later in the day hours after work to be spent with my kids and wife .

Back when I was pushing 265-270 and DECENTLY lean, yes I was working out after 2-3 meals, but those just arent my lifestyle goals anymore, I still get great pumps in the gym they just don't last quite as long post workout.

Like I said I was just genuinely curious. There’s a lot of folks who still subscribe to fasted cardio burning more fat. But I think most are aware that’s a falsity. But like I said, everyone has their reasons. Everyone freaks out that I like to work out at like 10 or 11pm. But then I get up at 5:30.

naw you're all good, I took it as curiosity and tried to share my why. I used to love working out late at night, just prefer that to be adult time with the misses now haha.

I just can’t get up at 3:30 in the morning since I’m in the office by 6:30. Whomever said self employed is the way to be, had it all wrong
