Hexarelin PWO with GH

I’ve been reading about using 200mcg hexarelin preworkout and read good things about it. My question is I run GH to so my endogenous production is shut down, AFAIK. Since hexarelin causes a spike of endogenous GH would there be no effect, i.e., no endogenous GH to release? And if this is not the case, should I move.my GH shot to post workout and replace preworkout shot with hex, or shoot them together pre?
