Hair safe gear?

I guess all gear can affect hair to some extent. I know it depends on your genetics. I'm already losing hair and have been for years. I'm about half way through my first cycle of 400 test a week and haven't noticed any more hair loss than usually. I've heard great things about primo so I got some for my next one. Soon as I ordered it, it seemed like everything I read says it's horrible for hair. I know I'm going to lose it eventually, but I'm trying to hang on to what I have for as long as possible. What compounds have the least damage on hair? What should I look into for my next cycle?

If you’re prone to hair loss, you might as well just abandon the idea of sticking to hair safe steroids because the reality is that balding is going to catch up with you anyways. We’re genetically disposed to it regardless of what we run and androgens will just accelerate the process.

That’s the ugly truth. If you can afford it and are willing to keep up with the maintenance a hair transplant would be great.

I said fuck it. I save about $500/year on haircuts, and probably more when including styling products. It takes some self confidence to get over it but that in and of itself is attractive, and especially so when you take care of yourself physically.

Don’t fear it. Learn to embrace it.

At some point I'm sure I'll have to do that, but until then what are some better options. I mean, I'm going to use this primo because I've already bought it, but in the future what would be good to try?

lol primo is not hair safe at all.

With the exception of nandrolone and maybe just a few others, they’re literally all going to get you.

Right. Like my original post said, I didn't really start seeing all the bad things about it until I saw one. You know how you start noticing lots of the same cars when you get one? Yeah, that happened. But, one run can't hurt lol.

Nothing is "hair safe". If you're predispositioned to MPB you'll be bald no matter what. You're wasting your time trying to tip toe around it and baby yourself. Mpmd probably shaved 20 years off his life and looks raking random research chemicals trying to keep his hair. He easily looks 20+ years older than he is

Hmm maybe he had a transplant or something, but he has a full head of hair and looks like he's in his early to mid 30s. I'm not trying to take any and everything to completely reverse it like he did. Just not lose it as fast. Not really sure how old you think he is. Anyways, certain ones are worse than others. Not everyone just embraces being bald and shaves it.

One of your posts just said "fuck my hair" or the like. If you aren't going to embrace the idea that you're going to lose more hair you shouldn't get into this juicing. So get your razor ready buddy 😂

Yeah sarcasm doesn't translate well through text. Not even when you add the good ole "lol". Oh well. That's kind of like saying all steroids are going to mess with your kidneys, liver, bp and everything else. Don't even worry about trying to stop it. Good thing we don't take that approach.

Don't be so sensitive. You can do what you want to try to prevent it, but just because I am not giving you a response that you want doesn't mean it's bs and you should get mad about it. You don't HAVE to use steroids.

Also example. I have a friend who completes nationally and he's a monster. He runs cycles that would certainly ruin my day. Hasn't ever taken a thing for hair and has a nice head of hair. Meanwhile my blast and cruise of simple things like test and I am bald.

I'm not sensitive. I just find it funny that someone asks how to slow down a negative side effect and everyone says embrace it. If someone is prone to anxiety or depression, there's probably a few they might want to avoid. Side note Test hasn't affected my hair in the slightest. Maybe I'm a special case.

Same! I have a friend who's 47, guy runs probably 2-3g year round total. Full head of hair like he's 20yo.

I started thinning on my 2nd blast in my 20s lol

Everyone else already said the important bits. If you are going to go bald, you're going to go bald. Either through androgenic alopecia or through Elevated oxidative stress from cycling steroids. Either way.

You can always use minoxidil or Nizoral shampoo to slow the hair thinning.

Since it's hard to know if you're genetically predisposed to hair loss (maybe look at close relatives), I'd just start taking precautions now. Maybe topical minoxidil to start.

All the dudes on this thread are not wrong in what they're saying, but I do believe you can make some choices while picking compounds to minimize your hair loss.

I am very prone to MPB and started losing my hair in my mid 20's. I got on a decent regimen and have picked compounds selectively and I am pretty happy with how my hair has held up.

My first couple cycles were Test only as when matched with Finasteride/Dutast, I was able to almost completely get in the middle of the DHT conversion.

Now the DHT derivates are tricky due to you can not get in the middle of 5-ar as it is already entering you body as DHT. I was successfully able to run Anavar at 25mg by adding RU58841 & 2% Ketoconazole shampoo. These topical "anti-androgen's" will aid your hair but it is not bullet proof plan. How these things helped me might not help everyone else.

Superdrol is another compound that is oddly hair safe at low dosages for short periods of time as long as your willing to put a huge bourdon on you liver.

The same can be said for Anadrol. I viewed some really interesting content about how if you take Anadrol sub-lingually vs. orally, the bioavailability is much higher. So basically you will achieve the peak of the compounds effects quicker and it will be out of your system faster with a fraction of the drug needed. This paired with a topical anti-androgen was argued to have great hair saving results. Now this would still create the same debate on if your hair line is more important than your liver, but that would be your own question to answer.

The hair saving game is a tough one.

Hope this helps.

That does help. I know everything has risks, but some are lower and there's always a better way to manage negative sides. Thank you for the info.

has anyone tried low dose test and tren and protected their hair? I've seen some people posting about 200-300mg of test with 100-140mg of tren per week and say they've not lost anything, despite being prone to mpb. They say the gains are still great but minimal side effects.

I am prone to mpb (started losing hair in mid-20s, took fin, and currently 39yo with minimal additional loss) but havent seen any additional loss using test up to 525mg of test e per week.
