Finally getting the nips snipped brothers. So my dumb question goes toward preparation 3 weeks out from the surgery. Im sitting 15-20% bf debating if I should slim down for a few weeks before surgery if that would be beneficial for the skin and getting a good seal with the compression vest or if I shouldn’t swet it and just keep my bulk going till the date. No Lipo just getting the glands removed

Unless you do a PSMF you likely wont lose enough to bother with in three weeks. I would just chill at maintenance, and a slight surplus after the surgery.

@Justintime85 people are going to say I’m crazy for going to a surgeon for $2400. But $2400. Reason being the surgery’s going to be done with local Anesthesia, aswell as it being a mild case of gland removal with close to no Lypo which significantly reduces the cost.

@Jay that’s not bad at all!! Considering some guys spend a few hundred and alot more on ai and nolva or Rolox a year… I’ve never really had any gyno issues at all… my first time woth test… they.got sensitive and itchy for a week… never happened again and as far as I can tell/feel… I habe no gyno…
I think for $2500 it’s a solid investment!!!

@Forthewin1123 dude your so lucky. The only time I get roidrage is when something grazes my sensitive bitch tits lol.

It’ll be worth it and then some if the surgeons word is good for it. Im having gland left behind cause I don’t want inverted titties. he offered to redo the operation if it ever came back from my ‘trt’.

@Jay Out of curiosity, did you have gyno before AAS or did the sauce cause it? and did you use AI’s or attempt to shrink it with other drugs? That link is frightening I wonder how much that guy paid lol

@TheDarkSide I’ve always had pubertal gyno. What I do grow from aas has always shrunk back after a diet and cruise

If you are getting put under and need any lypo at all (95% of men do) the cost is going to be between $5000-6500

Usually the doctor is only about $3500….it’s the anesthesia and paying for the surgical room that get ya. That being said Gyno surgery is priceless to have those god dam things gone

@Jay bro I don’t think that’s bad at all…really good actually. You made the right call on the lipo, I e seen multiple ppl who the lipo and things never looked right after they leaned way down. But $2400, I prob spend more than half that on AIs in 18month period

if your on TRT and have BC/BS Insurance…some instances will be covered under Insurance. I am going this route. I have PTSD, so I was put on BioTe Test Pellets. 2800mg every 3-4 months. since I am now showing signs of Gyno…It will be covered!!! but truth be told…I have always had it since puberty and bad cycles in my teens.
