Gyno help

I’ve been taking a low dose of letro everyday for roughly 3 weeks along with caber e3d to get rid of some pre existing gyno, it was going very well and dramatically reduced my lump and nip size but over the last 3 days it’s been getting worse again. Haven’t changed anything. But my nips are puffy and soft again slowly worsening over the last 3 days. What’s my next move here? I do not want this shit to come back. Do I take a few days off and see if that helps? I also have nolvadex on hand but haven’t used it. Anyone experience this or have a suggestion other than surgery.

Letro won’t help you with Gyno. It lowers e2 on the front end. It will help if your e2 isn’t under control.

Have you gotten bloodwork? What are you running?

Tamoxifen (Nolva) competes directly at the breast tissue so it could help but it is generally not recommended to run during cycle.

Raloxifene however can be run during cycle and is the typical protocol. 60mg tabs are standard either once or twice a day but would need to be run for months to typically see good results if you catch it early enough.

There are actually some people who have an abnormal response to AIs and will see gyno temporarily worsen after taking them; this doesn’t mean it isn’t working necessarily (your estrogen is still being lowered), just that the affected area will appear worse for a period of time. I actually do recommend nolvadex though and haven’t had any issues running it on cycle, alongside ralox I imagine most if not all of your gyno will disappear — just keep in mind ralox takes a few months to really work.

Use Nolvadex. IIRC 40-80mg/day for 4-8 weeks depending on how severe the gyno is, and then 20-40mg/day until you stop seeing results and want to go a different route. Definitely look up that protocol tho, this is just off the top of my head.

A good choice would be to pick up some Ralox. It doesn’t have nearly as many sides as Nolva and is much more effective. My emergency gyno protocol would be 60-120mg/day for 4-8 weeks, then 30-60mg/day for 8-16 weeks. After that, I would either have to be satisfied with the gyno or opt for surgery.

Wow… So my advice just wasn’t good enough?

When did anyone say letro makes gyno worse?

We’ve all suggested nolva and/or ralox but do what you will with your letro/caber combo.

Sorry bud, was right there with you when I saw that bahaha.

This guy is right dude, you’re not doing the right protocol at all, your current E2 levels aren’t a direct correlation to PRE-EXISTING gyno (obviously lol). Tanking your E2 aint gonna make your tits go away.

Ralox or even Nolva (I always have used nolva despite medical tests showing ralox better).
