Don’t know how to correctly post the bloods and upload the photos but want to give credit to @GoodLyfe

4iu per day had my IGF at 290 which is right about the norm for me.

@Prim0r0x thank you sir. In order to upload the photo to this site you would have to use a photo hosting site such as Imgur or pixstash.
