Started the his anavar 25mg pre WO yesterday for delts. I did my normal pre workout cocktail, and intra EAA w some coconut water, and salt. Pumps was nuts!
Today I wanted to see if it was just in my head. I woke up went light on the COR (50g) 40g of protein from whey, and a banana. Did no pre workout and the same intra as yesterday. Today was quad’s focused did seated ham curl, leg ext, pendulums, weighted lunges, and adductors. I was walking around the gym like Bambi because my legs were so damn pumped! I almost wish these were tabs instead of caps so
I could cut the dose down some because the pump was that intense.
Wondering if anyone else has had this experience w the anavar?
