For those who have 2 or more years on TRT

What’s your average TRT dose?

I know everyone is different and we’re not all going to have same TRT dose but for those willing to answer I’m curious where you are at

When I drop down to TRT not cruise but actual TRT I am around 100-120 a week taking .5mg arimidex maybe once a month( .25mg every two weeks, if I notice I need to take some that’s the dose I take during trt )

The clinic I was at put me on 200mg. I usually do about 200 ugl and no longer go to clinic because the guys a clown and it was too expensive. Online you'll find all sorts of dumb shit, but 200 seems pretty standard

My ‘clinic’ gives 200mg but I’m under no illusion that I didn’t need that (or that much) when I started with them. I take 140 usually with occasional blasts up to 300-350.

Some in person clinics are even worse.

One of my buddies said a guy at his gym was able to get one of those restore your health or find your your youth again bullshit clinics to prescribe him 400mg a week with 2mg ai a week.

But said it costed a shit ton of money per visit with the doctor.

So bottom line as long as you’re paying I don’t think they really give a fuck as long as you don’t kill yourself under their care

Some in person clinics are even worse.

Oh it was an in person clinic. They're very unorganized and prey on people and try to make them feel like an addict. I mean we kind of are, but why try to shame people?

After you figure out self trt you're fine. Labs, adjust as needed, bp adjust as needed and keep an eye on your estrogen. Liver support, a multi, donate blood a couple times a year. It's not that hard

And yeah personally if the clinics weren’t so expensive I’d have no problem going to them and just listening to the doctors saying okay yeah sure ok sounds good etc just so I can get the script and then monitor on my own

Having a vial from a pharmacy or compounding pharmacy you don’t need to worry about pip or being underdosed etc is definitely great peace of mind.

But yeah they just charge way too fucking much

I will say I felt lousy on the pharmacy testosterone. They ordered the cheapest shit from Florida. I felt anxious and awful on it. I actually feel better on UGL depending on the source. Can vouch for @Hypertrophy and @Synergy Forge specifically for their testosterone cypionate. I've tried a lot of sources just for the hell of it and these two are superb

So while yes the testosterone from the clinic was pharmacy it definitely didn't feel dosed correctly or even of great quality. Depends who your clinic orders from
