Fertility Test Results... IS THIS BAD?

These results are very confusing, the Nurse that referred me is not helpful at all and chooses to dodge and sidestep my questions.

Is this bad? It's almost like they messed up the test or results or mixed up the person providing the sample. These numbers are so low I'm losing a lot of sleep.

During my life I've really only ran test ( dbol, and winny one time)

I'm currently located in southeast Asia. Where exactly could I get hcg from? The doctors in this country prescribe just about anything based off of what you tell them so perhaps I'll just swing by a clinic. But I do prefer the mail

Okay, my first question would be dosage, then I will get to some explanations..

The dosage on the next days 2000-5000iu 3x a week. Woah.

The only international source that I know already can get me hcg is bgpharm

However, their price is 35usd for just 5000iu?

So that means at minimum I would be spending about 50usd a week for treatment x 6 weeks is almost 300 usd @2000iu 3x/wk

And at maximum I would be spending 105 per week or about 630usd @5000iu 3x/week

Where I am located deep in the province, the following are impossible. So I'm double screwed.

1) Male fertility clinics do not exist. But, I might be able to convince a doctor to prescribe me hcg. That part shouldn't be difficult

2) The mote tricky part will be finding a pharmacy that actually has hcg in stock. I'm certain this isn't asked for much in this country and probably has never been requested in the province.

Let me know your thoughts. I'm thinking it might just be best to order from bg and see what happens?

Or maybe, attack the issue with doctors first and try to spend a half day or full day tracking down the pharmacy that might have it in stocks

The downside to bg is it will take almost a month or more to arrive

I'm not familiar with the Southeast Asian scene so I can't comment much on which sources to go with. As for dose, you don't need to start so high. Start at 250-500iu every other day and drop everything else. TRT (true TRT dose) is fine if only to maintain libido. If you can get another sperm test 6-8 weeks after starting hCG it would be wise. Reassess there if you haven't made your desired progress.

I can vouch for @EnhancedGrappler s advice. I have concieved 3 children with my wife while being on trt and using HCG. I particularly did 250iu Monday Wednesday Friday, and maintained a TRT dose of 100mg test a week.

I certainly wouldn't despair. I had been cycling for 13 years when we conceived our last one and I bounced back from a test result of 0.

Plenty of international sources on here carry HCG. If HCG can't do it, the next thing to try would be HMG. I'm not as familiar, as I've never had to go that route, but my understanding is it's quite powerful at restoring function if the testes and such. But I'd definitely just give the HCG a try first.

Understood. I'm most likely going to have to go the international source route.

Mom's advice.. stop everything and let your body heal! Sigh. Mom... filled with love but not understand what man is going through haha
