Hey everyone I decided to do a little log here to share my results of my first cycle. This is my first cycle of anything. I will be doing 10 mg a day (5mg AM/ 5mg PM)
Big thank you to @“SpartaPharmaUSA” for the source of this Anavar. Pills are super sturdy and very easy to split. Like the rest of the products he supplies…nothing but quality.
Stats:
•Female
•28 years old
•Starting Weight: 134.2lbs
•Body Fat- waiting on new calipers.
•Measurements: Thighs 19.75", Arm 12.25", Lower Waist 32.50"
Starting pics:
Goals:
•The dream of anyone, take off fat and put on some lean muscle. Ultimately like any girl I want to look better in a swimsuit. Next cycle will be more emphasis on strength training for local Crossfit competition. (puts on flame suit)
Diet:
Nothing hardcore but aiming for
•2000cal/day
•150p/200c/75f training days and rest day cutting the carbs.
Training:
Training is pretty straightforward. I will go to the Crossfit gym 4 times a week and throw traditional weight lifting as well at least two of those days.
Well, I think this is all I have to say for now.
I am very happy to have found a place like SST. The information I have found in these threads is phenomenal. In hopes of contributing something, I will be keeping a somewhat detailed log every week.
WEEK 1 Update: Nothing really in the first 4-5 days as expected but ending the week felt like the pumps were getting more intense. Not much to post about being so early on.
Notes:
•No sides have shown. Which I realize its still early on in the cycle.
•Feel pretty normal so far.
•Workouts feel pretty good even with battling the weather here.
•Measurements:
-Thighs stayed the same at 19.75"
-Arms (Biceps) went up a quarter inch to 12.50"
-Lower Waist dropped a half inch to 32"
