I’m being tempted by the devil to add EQ into my winter blast, despite the fact that EQ literally always turns my blood into sludge and I end up feeling like ass (I donate blood and take BP meds and shit).

I just really like the way it makes my shoulders look.

But this winter is entirely a PL training block, so EQ is fucking stupid.

But also, my shoulders tho.

I’m on week 8 of my 16 week EQ cycle and can say the last 2 weeks have been amazing. I also had enough nose bleeds on my 6 weeks of TBol to not have to donate. 10/10

I really really want to run EQ but my hematocrit is always 51-53% on blast and 50% on cruise. I got prescribed therapeutic phlebotomy blood draws (2 pints, both 1 week apart) and it only brought my hemtocrit down to 48%.

As for delts, tren broooo

Loved EQ when I ran it. I could not get enough food. Great for gains in that respect IMO. I’m throwing it in to my winter blast as well but waiting for that 400mg/ml to come out.

And about donating blood, every chance I got I was donating. It was off the charts. I went to the dentist and They thought I had gum disease I was bleeding so bad. I was like, “nope. Just on AAS. It’s cool.” But for real, they had to double check with X-rays and stuff. Haha

And about donating blood, every chance I got I was donating. It was off the charts. I went to the dentist and They thought I had gum disease I was bleeding so bad. I was like, “nope. Just on AAS. It’s cool.” But for real, they had to double check with X-rays and stuff. Haha
Maybe I’ll just brew up some 600mg/ml in MIG so I only have to add 2 more ml per week.

Would it Be stupid to cut on EQ? Based off the fact that it does increase appetite and you couldn’t get enough food? If I can deal with the hunger, would a cut be alright in your opinion? or maybe just maintenance.

Bold for me would be awful on cut because it’s the type of hunger where it wakes me up in the middle of the night, 1 to 3 times without fail and if I don’t eat I can’t sleep and feel like I’m gonna die.

Gonna be real with you, if you’re not able to see your abs, simply put, low BF%, you’re not going to see the actual benefits of EQ.

I barely saw anything around 15%, when I dropped down to roughly 10%, that’s when I noticed that slowly but surely the striation separation were deepening, more veins appeared, and now they’re thickening. Shoulders, biceps, and adductors/quads has shown the most progress from EQ in terms of striations and veins. Now I’m seeing veins peaking through my armpit to lats area as well as upper chest. Veins in lower abs are already there and visible but protruding more.

Nope.

With EQ right now I’ve gone through two diet phases.

Deficit and maintenance. Deficit without Tren. Once I added Tren, I went back to maintenance cals (only a 600 calorie difference btw) and EQ is really helping Tren with the recomp effects.

EQ may in fact be my Tren buddy. I’m actually tempted to drop Test altogether for a few weeks to test it (with Test-P on hand as well as Test-E of course) just so it’s one less effing thing to pin.

People talked about how EQ increases blood pressure and bad cholesterol… neither one has happened to me. Everything has been stable since last year. I’ve been on EQ for more than 30 weeks so far @ 900mg/wk.

Damn man… that sucks. For the most part I’m a good responder to AAS. The only ones I consider bad are the ones that side effects were just not worth the so called gains.

Deca, Winny, and Mast to name the specific compounds I don’t like / respond well to.

I don’t feel any high BP, oily skin, or somewhat leaner. I came off blasting and cruising for 5 years or so last Feb and I was lean then. I got fat with no trt. Previously, I was just a really high responder to AAS and thought I would pack on size fast. So far, my experience has been really dull.

EQ’s kick in time is known to be long. You could try Bold A or Bold C but anecdotally the PIP is killer. Give it a few more weeks

I’m on 600 mg/wk right now. Currently ending week 8 now. I can say I didn’t notice much until these last two weeks. Like cap said the kick in time is super long. I even front loaded 1200mg week and it’s still just now starting to shine.

I’m definitely no leaner but my strength and well being in the gym is thru the roof. Much more vascular too. Up 8 pounds.

Bold A, fuck that with a rake.

Bold C was dope for me (except all the gay EQ sides I mentioned above). I used EP’s Bold C 250 in Mig840 and got zero pip.

I’ll probably end up running 1.2g/wk of EQ in Mig840 this winter, because I love it but also low key hate myself.
