Eq question

I know eq can raise rbc quite a bit. My question is, will 300mg a week be enough to get results, but keep that side to a minimum? Or will donations every 8 weeks be enough to keep that in check if I were to do, say 500mg a week? Thanks I’m advance.

Only time and bloodwork can answer that question... But define "results", if your looking to become Arnold on 300mg EQ then no.
