Anavar shouldn’t cause joint pain. Aromasin also doesn’t cause joint pain IME. Studies have shown that the most E2 suppression you get with Aromasin is 65%. There’s no difference in E2 suppression between 25 and 50 mg exemestane. Anastrozole and letrozole on the other hand are a different story. Very easy to crash E2 on those.
If your Anavar is actually winstrol, that causes joint pain. If your Aromasin is actually arimidex, that could cause joint pain. Try eliminating the Anavar for a few days and evaluate if the pain goes away.
