Been running DO’s gh for a bit now. Started at 5iu ed and upped it to 10iu since. Got some bloods, showed the gh serum was well high.
As far as my personal reactions to it, its good stuff.
-Sleep is noticeably improved
-Skin looks clearer and tighter in places
-Recovery from the gym is delightful. Even on AAS I feel even better after a hard workout.
-Staying lean despite eating 5k-ish cals every day.
-Got some extra bloat and some finger stiffness when I increased the dose from 5iu directly to 10iu but thats ok, wore off after a couple weeks.
I look forward to using this in my upcoming winter insulin run! D.O. is great to communicate with and ships timely. Would recommend.
