do injectables have extra effects on the particular muscles where you inject them?

My arms have always looked really small relative to most other adult men, even tho i can do 20 chinups and 50 pushups without stopping.

IIRC a couple years back we came to the consensus that if there was any localized effect, it was most likely from extra bloodflow from puncturing the area.

Stuff like that generally comes down to genetics but you can do things like specific exercises to try to target muscle growth a bit more. For example, to appear like you have bigger arms you'd might wanna work on triceps and brachialis and slow down a bit on direct delt work.
