So let me preface by saying that I do not compete and bodybuilding is a hobby/obsession of mine so I lack discipline with my dieting. I don’t follow any sort of diet routine other than the fact that I try and make good choices. I eat chicken, red meat, and turkey with a green veggie (broccoli/spinach/kale) and white or brown rice for lunch and dinner.
