Dhb and red blood cells

As title says… I’m currently on 400 mg dhb (homebrewed) and yes it is legit stuff. Wondering if I need to worry about my red blood cell count getting too high.

I know (according to Wikipedia) eq converts to epo. I wasn’t sure if dhb did the same. Also if so, is this something to worry about? Should I donate blood regularly?

The only way to find out is bloodwork. Everybody is different. I’m on trt and have to donate blood every 4 to 5 months
