Blood Thicker than Yogurt pls help, Why am I still smol?

Recently finished running a 20 week cycle of 500mg test e/week and 5 weeks ago I dropped down to a TRT dose of 150mg/week (75mg pinned E3.5D) with bloodwork done 48 hours after my my most recent pin. Liver enzymes, lipids and estradiol are great and SHBG is at 23.9 nmol/L (ref range 10-70 nmol/L).
