As the title suggests I’m curious to hear if anyone has ever seen a difference between these two as far as gains, side effects ect…
I’ve used Deca before, years ago, but have never tried NPP. I know that NPP is just a short ester of the same compound so on paper it seems there’s no difference, but that’s not always true. I’m considering swapping out EQ for NPP on my next blast and was wondering what anyone with experience with NPP and Deca thought

I use them both during massing phases. I can't say I've noticed any real difference between the two.

I generally only use 100-200mg a week of nandrolone and inject daily regardless of ester.

The nice thing about NPP is its out of your system quickly if you need it to be.

The quick in and out is exactly why I was looking at NPP.

Deca makes me blow up and look like the Michelin Man. I only use NPP now because of that experience I ran into. Aslong as you aren’t afraid of injection at least EOD or in my case ED you’ll most likely enjoy NPP more.

So you don’t really experience all the water retention from NPP? This is one of those things that on paper shouldn’t be different from Deca, but you’re not the first person I’ve heard this from. It’s also another reason I’m looking at NPP.

I wouldn’t word it as I don’t experience it with NPP but more so that it’s less noticeable. Probably has to do with blood serum levels with the longer ester as it builds up more with Deca.

But either way if it’s your first time using Nandrolone. I’d recommend NPP as your first time experience with it. Some love it some hate it. I love Nandrolone and especially the joint benefits I get off of it. It’s very noticeable for me.

Somewhere I read deca is better for joint support than npp I can't confirm that. Npp usually causes less water retention I think due to the ester. Unless you are on the money with all your shots blood levels will be up and down. Not recommended for beginners unless you love injections (npp.)
