Hey,

I am at my 3rd cycle but my first 2 was only Test @ 800 mg per week (Injected twitce a week) + Aromasyn as needed


Right now, i'm still at 800 MG Test + Aromasyn as needed but I added Tren Acetate 50mg, Mast Propionate 50mg, HGH 4 UI per day and Proviron 2-3/ weeks

My goal is to cut my Fat % by half. I'm righ now way too high @ 26%. Also, my calories intake are juste below maintenance.

Any suggestion?

PS: I'm Canadian and it's hard to get bloodwork, so I try to stay in the safe dosage zone

You're kinda a mess bud. I never recommend anyone jump into tren without the experience of previous cycles that are stacked with compounds you know and love. The reason is twofold but I'm adding one to make threefold for you.
1. Tren causes psychosis in 100% of the people according to my research and experience, but as you progress in your journey into higher compounds you gradually learn to deal with it and ignore the voice that whispers in your ear to have a unhealthy response to any perceived aggression or sleight from others. It is unclear if you are taking 50mg per week of tren ace or another amount but judging by the amount of test you started with, I'm assuming that you are merely stating the concentration. If you are insistent that you need to run tren after only having run test, then please do yourself a favor and run it is very low doses until you are comfortable with the voices in your head, we all have them but its how you respond to them that is important.
2. Tren can increase your strength much too rapidly and if you are not seasoned for it, then you will rip muscle from bone as the connective tissue is not prepared for the enormous increase in pulling power from the muscle. Normally they strengthen at the same rate and it is never an issue, but Tren is a game changer.
3. You shouldn't stack Tren with other unknown compounds. If you have a reaction to it and stop it, only to find out that it wasn't the tren but the [insert compound here], you are putting yourself into danger and nobody wants that. Whenever you add a new compound, make sure that the previous compounds that you have experience in are the ones that you stack with it. In this case, I wouldn't recommend anything but test run with it and Test/Tren is enough to do the job that you are seeking. More than enough. Hopefully you are not doing 800mg/wk of tren ACE.

And some general advice and critique for you: When listing your cycle, you willl want to give the compound, the ester (such as Test Enanthate or Mast P) followed by the total amount in MG that you are taking per week. Each should have its own line item for example:
Test E 600mg/wk Weeks 1- 12
Tren A 300mg/wk Weeks 1-12
Proviron 50mg/wk weeks 8-12

That way you lay out a concise image of where you are going. And finally, how long you plan to run the compound or where in your cycle you plan to run it. A professional will phase different compounds in and out of their 32 week cycle and may start with bulking compounds yet end with cutting compounds but you will be able to see where they transition each in their cycle, never suddenly dropping all bulking for all cutting, rather will tend to phase each out individually to avoid shocking the system. That gives a visual representation of their cycle and is much easier to give advice on. WHile you might not be phasing yet, it's always good practice to write it in a way that promotes a good response by as many as you can.

For the Test at 800mg/wk, there are two schools of thought here. One is that your test should always be twice what your main compound is, or rather your strongest. The other is that you should run a maintenance dosage of test or rather half what your strongest is. The latter is a newer approach and based on test being solely used for sexual function and doesn't hog up all the receptors that it might compete with your strongest. Your belief will be one or the other but the former is old school and subscribed to my millions. It is tried and true but unknown if it is the most effective means of getting the most of your money.

You are at 26% BF so i'm assuming that you are an endomorph, typified by characteristics of wide waist and hips, large bones and the predominant fat stores are in the same. We tend to have a lot of body fat and muscle and can gain weight easily to include fat and muscle. Regardless of your somatotype, you will want to cater to it and provide the best nutrition and excercise to maximize its potential. Remember that bodies are made in the kitchen and not the gym so try not to focus so much on your compounds but on your nutrition. With as much information as you have given my recommendation would be
300mg/wk Test p 12 weeks
500mg/wk tren A 12 weeks
and that is it. But life is all about choices, and if you are set on running all those compounds then know that Test/Tren/Mast is the holy grail of cutting and the most effective. If your test is lower you probably wouldn't need any AI since mast has been shown to reduce estrogen and the other compounds don't aromatize (Love the spellling of the Aromasin btw since it has my name in it. I think I'll change the spelling on my list to reflect that :) ) Since you are running just below maintenence for calories then you can expect your fat loss to be just below what you are now since maintenence suggests you will acheive a 26% bf outcome. Instead of focusing on a cut, perhaps you should be focused on building muscle without gaining fat. As you put on muscle, your body fat, as a percentage, will decrease naturally. For example:
200lbs @ 26% = 52lbs of fat
250lbs with that same 52lbs of fat is 20.8%
The point is that for early cycles, try not to get so transfixed on losing weight as you will lose muscle and fat at the same time. Rather, focus on building a solid foundation in which you can make slight adjustments to accomodate a specific goal such as fat loss. I mean, if you are going to cut then CUT, drop your calories dramatically so that you are rewarded nearly every day stepping on the scale. Reward yourself for certain acheivements along the way to keep you motivated and never lose sight of the end goal. Dropping a few hundred calories per day will not get you to where you want to go. If you drop 250 calories per day below maintenance then you are looking at losing 2.5lbs per MONTH and that is not enough to keep most people motivated. But if you drop 1,000 calories per day (and doctors say to never do this) you are looking at 10lbs per month, over the life of a 12 week cycle, you'd be 7.5lbs lost compared to 30lbs lost. If you lost the 30 then that 52lbs of fat, which was 26% is now 22lbs and you are sitting at 12% and your abs are well defined. (based on a 200lb man) That is what I mean when I say that bodies are made or broken in the kitchen, no compound in the world can overcome a poor diet. HOpe this helps you some. Best of luck sir.

I had to read twich to be sure I don't miss a thing! I was already focusing on my diet and maked sure I had sufficient proteins. As recommended, I also increase my calorie deficit (-500 cal per day).
