In the past I’ve done very slow cuts and end up being miserable despite everyone saying its better for muscle retention. Even after doing a very slow cut I still lose all my strength. Any of you guys do bigger deficits at the start and try to cut quicker? Just trying to get some opinions. For example, my calories were at 3700 and now I’m going for 2400.
