Wondering what everyone’s progress is in there adventure for being the biggest baddest son of bitch in the gym. What PR’s? Weight for Reps…and so on y’all are hitting.

flat bench 275 x 11
incline db 110’s x 13
bent over bb rows 225 x 20
squat 375 x 4

im afraid to go heavy for low reps like 1 and 2

my gym only has 120s dbs and i can for sure get those on incline i plan soon to get them for 15-20

Wide Pull-ups for me are about 18-20 at 242.
Bench 315x 8, 365x2, haven’t touched 405 but will try soon
Most i incline db was 140x5
Squat 495x1
Sucks if you don’t have a partner to go with. Makes going heavier a bit harder to do.

I use primarily D.C. training methods, so progressive overload and the logbook have been my friend for a very long time. I’m a decently sized guy (215lb prob 9% body fat), and I attribute all of my size gains to this method of training.

Incline Barbell bench - 325 x 5
Seated Barbell military - 285 x 5
Chin up - bw (215) + 90lb x 5
Dips - bw + 155lb x 6
Belt squat - 405 x 8-9
Meadows row - 180 x 8
Dumbbell row - 150lb x 15
Most machines are maxed out or too difficult to further add weight.

Weighted dips (135lbs) + body weight (270lbs) x 8
Flat barbell bench (sadly can’t figure out why the fuck I can’t increase weight) 315lbs x 5
Incline DB bench 150lbs x 3
Deadlift 545lbs x 1 (just hit this PR last week, wanted to hit double but calluses ripped, bled, it sucked.
Squat 515 x 2 (PR reached two weeks ago)

Side note: these have all been achieved during fasted state. Last meal before gym is at 10pm, the latest 11pm the night before. I go to the gym anytime between 3pm and 5pm, gym sessions last 3 hours damn near on the dot every time. The only real calories I get are from fish and krill oil. Besides multis and other support supplements, I take caffeine + ephedrine (bronkaid) + Yohimbine hcl.

All lifts are raw. Only accessory I use is chalk.

Wait, so you get all your food for the day in between 6 and 10 pm? i would probably puke my guts out lol

Yeah man… sometimes I don’t even get home til 8:30pm (if I go to gym at 5pm), so it’s just constant eating until 11pm

But as soon as I finish the last set of the last exercise, I chug down a protein shake, in the car and eat 4 rice cakes on the way home.

Current lifts are ass. Only thing I can say at the moment is a 285x4 poverty bench, i’m weak as hell right now and don’t deserve my sterons. No current squat/DL, I have a fucking hernia so I can’t squat or deadlift for the time being. please shoot me.

All time PRs:
575 dl opener at 175 bodyweight in comp (left meet early to get laid so didn’t pull follow up attempts), 600x3 pull 1 week before comp. 635 atpr during post comp training block.
525 wrapped squat @ 175bw in comp, 495 raw squat at 198 bodyweight about 2.5 months ago. (All squats were high bar)
285x7 bench all time PR @ 198 bodyweight last december.
225x2 strict OHP.
315x12 bent over row.
365x5 front squat @ 190 bodyweight.
