crunching/popping within a muscle pump

I’m trying to grow, and after I get a very big trestolone pump in my biceps, I set the weight down and move my arm in the same exact motion and the muscle makes a painless crunching sensation due to the fullness of the muscle and it’s contracting. I believe i’ve felt it in my lats too doing pull downs. Any one else experience something like this?

Muscles shouldnt crunch its probably the connective tissue or joints.
