Anyone else here experience this that has successfully relieves the pain?? Appreciate all input ?

I pretty much have to give up deadlifts on blast. I just can’t handle it. Tried taurine, magnesium, foam rolling… nothing. I feel like a fucking cripple after a few sets if taking an oral or on tren.

Squats: On blast the pumps only happen if I go heavy. I usually have to keep the squats <75% of my 1rm.

My legs get neglected on blast 😦

Yeah. It’s brutal. Especially on dbol or Mtren. Taurine helps but I still had to lay down in my car for 30 minutes after squats and deads before I could work the pedals to drive.

Legit had to double check to make sure this wasn’t my post. I’m laying down in between sets from it and as mentioned deadlifts and squats are near impossible to get sufficient volume in. You have shin pump issues too? Truthfully nothing has done enough to relive it that I would say “this works”. Taurine used to help but honestly it’s become insignificant to me. If you haven’t tried it I’m sure you’ll see some relief at first.

Back pumps on Dbol weren’t too bad, but shin pumps from any form of cardio and abs during cable crunches were completely crippling.
