MRE Bars by Redcon1 are GOAT, fucking spendy though if you don’t get them on sale. The new MP bars are okayer than the old ones, but I don’t think I would pay more than $1 for one in a pinch.

They are incredible, watch FitnessDealNews and when you can score them for $25 or less a box is when to stock up. Crunchy PB Cup and Oatmeal Choc Chip are my favorites.

That’s my go to also. I have one Big Lots that gets muscletech and such but then the other Big Lots gets like zero good bars. It’s always hit or miss but can’t beat cheap bars.

Yep, I’ve done this many times. Also Academy has sales on their nearly expired bars. I bought a half dozen boxes that were selling for $10 for a box of 20. The bars still taste fresh even though they’re over 6 months expired now(I’m also nearly out).
