Blood Thicker than Yogurt pls help, Why am I still smol?

This blood test was from December, I’ll be posting my current bloodwork right after this. This was posted mostly as a reference for the next post.

My previous bloodwork from Syn’s testosterone came in at 2007ng/dl from 500mg/wk (link below), and this matches perfectly with a proportionate multiplier.

More than a year ago my multiplier was 6x but my bodyweight was about 40lbs lighter which may or may not be the reason my testosterone multiplier is currently so low.
