I use to run pharma test at the same dose, and this is practically spot on where I was with that as well! Always do trough readings pinning 2x a week during cruise (so after 3 days of no pinning, I get my bloodwork on the monday after my last pin on thursday, and then pin again after my bloodwork). No ai.
