Cialis Dosage Recommendation

Hey guys,

This will be my first time using Cialis, exclusively for preworkout.

My training schedule is: Mon/Tue/Thur/Friday

Would it be okay to take 10mg about 2-3 hours prior to training each day I train? So I wouldn’t be dosing Cialis on Wed/Sat/Sun.

This would be cycled for a maximum of 20 weeks.

One thing to note, I will be on a Sus/Deca/DBol blast. I don’t think I’d be able to dose cialis and DBol together, so it will be added once DBol is out of the stack.

@illmortalized why would taking Cialis with DBol be an issue?

Your plan of 10mg EOD sounds great. There’s no need to “cycle” Cialis. It’s prescribed for daily use to combat prostate issues. Use it for workouts and/or big boners whenever your feel like it. Das it, mayne. Good night and good luck.

@illmortalized With its half life, I’d recommend trying 10mg EOD then. For me, I get pretty nasty heart burn at 10mg a day. 5mg a day has worked great for me. If after a week you’re not getting what you want out of it, then try bumping it up. No real harm either way, but I’d start at the lower end as 10mg probably isn’t necessary.

@MikeAlstott - that’s a logical approach.

Figured I’d go that route since not a single one of us are going to have the same exact experience.

@horsemanbaby - So don’t take it daily?

I figured I’d only take it on the days I train:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

@illmortalized Like others here have said, 10mg EOD would be a good place to start because the effects can last longer than one day. You can readjust from there. They don’t call it “the weekend pill” for no reason ;).

I take 5mg EOD. no issues. If I take too much I get crazy back pumps from just standing around.

I just bite a 1/4 piece off of a 20mg every day pre workout. I’ve tried 10mg EoD but it gives me headaches.
