Decided to order from Checkmate since my go-to isn’t taking orders currently and CML seems to be one of the most well regarded sources around here.
First email sent Sunday, reply the next day for clarification because he pointed out he had a sale going on that I didn’t realize, payment sent Tuesday.
Told me it shipped on Wednesday and showed up on Monday.
Came with a note about a missing item he accidentally oversold and instructions to email him to rectify the situation, which he’s currently doing.
tl;dr took about 7 days from first exchange to my door and he pointed out I was eligible for like $120 of free gear. Great customer service/TA. Excited to try it.
