Cant enjaculate after running hcg and hmg

This problem started about 2 or 3 months after stopping 1000/75 of hcg/hmg eod

I can ejaculated if I jerk off but not when I engage in intercourse.

I have mo idea wtf is going on. First time in my life this happened to this level.

Should I start up clomid protocol and or anything else?
