Bloodwork

I just got some bloodwork results and they’re not as good as I was hoping… I have a fatty liver and my AST/ALT are just slightly evelated (AST: 42 / ALT: 68) My GGT is also at 209 which is a concern. My values last year were AST/ALT (both mid 200’s) and GGT was 280 so I have improved slightly but not much… Can anyone shed some light on this? I should also add that about a year and a half ago I was in a bad accident and burst my colon, shattered my pelvis, and had numerous things go wrong to where I was VERY close to passing away. I went into acute kidney failure and was put on dialysis (very long story). Fast forward to now and I’m back up to 240 and doing much better however I can’t put a finger on these liver numbers. My kidney function is decent having been on dialysis a year ago (GFR 52, creatinine 1.7, BUN 21, BUN to creat ratio 12) but I would like to hear your opinions on this too. Please understand that I’ve had some rough years in my life and this accident to top it off so I understand my numbers are shit… I’m looking for quality opinions please
