I’ve not found a protocol online that goes into detail on this, so any links would be appreciated in lieu of responses -
- I want to measure blood glucose throughout the day for a reference/baseline before starting, which times of the day (apart from fasted in the mornings of course) would make sense? which numbers would be desired?
- apart from mornings, at which times should I measure my blood glucose when using insulin pre- & post workout, and how should I interpret these numbers insofar as adjusting diet/dosages?
