Bitcoin network issues?

Hey all, I've got an order I need to pay for. I usually use a bitcoin ATM near me, but decided to try through an app. I tried in bitpay but keep getting a generic error. So I downloaded Trust wallet and imported my wallet. It shows $0.00 if I try to refresh it shows a message about network congestion with a link to something called dusting.

Odd thing is it says the article was posted some time ago. Anyone else having issues? Is there another good app I can use?

cash app is good. u just will get fucked on fees but it sure is convenient.

Oh yeah, I take lube and a magazine to the bitcoin ATM. I ended up using Simplex. Took about 5 minutes and fee was 1/4 of the ATM.
