Thats so incredibly hard to find on mobile. Why wouldnt that just be copy pasted to the bloodwork rules?

I found it @CaptainAmerica , but I have to agree with @RasputinOP , it is difficult to find on mobile and it wouldn't be that much more to add to the rules page you have sticked here.
