I’ve dealt with Biomass since they took over for Miles and Cat. There gear has always been top notch, blood work has always shown things to be properly dosed, and my pip, even from the high concentration blends has been minimal.
So I was pretty bummed when they shut down the first time.
I actually contacted them a few days before they did their initial reopen and was putting together an order and waiting for a crypto address when they vanished.
And that was the weird thing, and why I never thought it was an exit scam. They had me, all it would have taken was a single email with a crypto address and they would have had my money too. I trusted them, we had worked out the details, I even had my crypto ready to send, yet they never sent the address.
When they came back and started to ship old orders I kept watch. I knew I needed to place an order of my own, I love the quality and options they provide. But I wanted to be careful. My trust was not broken as harshly as many of you, but I am cautious. So I waited, watched, and then reached out to Jake in email.
We chatted a little, he reassured me that everything was fixed, and asked that I take a chance on them again.
So I did, placed my order, had a shipping confirmation the next day, and the package arriving later that week. I actually ordered from him a few days after I placed two smaller orders with other vendors, and they all arrived the same day.
Jake (biomass) came through as he always has. Yes his actions were a cause for caution. But he does seem to have things straightened out, and I am comfortable recommending Biomass to those that are still on the fence about placing an order.
